- Maintain communication with principals regarding order-related concerns.
- Build strong relationships with principals, fostering trust and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
Logistics and Expansion:
- Conduct regular reviews of logistics to identify potential challenges and areas for improvement.
- Manage product expansion by processing documentation and ensuring accurate system updates.
Business Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and deliver regular reports based on Principal Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Analyze trends, assess business needs, and propose solutions to the Director/Principal Account Manager.
- Recommend further logistic services and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to improve the principal’s operations.
New Principal Onboarding
- Assist in onboarding new principals by following up on project plans and conducting training sessions (both remote and physical).
