SAPOA Bursary 2025

SAPOA Bursary 2025. The South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA), established in 1966, plays a crucial role in protecting and advancing the interests of the industrial and commercial property industry in South Africa. As a member-driven organization, SAPOA primary mission is to promote private property ownership and development, ensuring that the industry remains robust and competitive both nationally and internationally.

Recognized as a leading property association, SAPOA influence extends beyond mere advocacy. Through its initiatives, it seeks to foster growth and transformation within the property sector, particularly by addressing the significant skills shortage that currently plagues the industry.

In response to the need for skilled professionals in the South African commercial property industry, SAPOA established the Bursary Fund. This initiative is specifically designed to support young, deserving black students who face financial challenges. The aim is to empower these students to pursue careers in property-related fields, thereby contributing to the transformation and development of the country’s commercial property industry.
