Position: Online Lecturer in Construction Management (Teaching Academic Level B)
Location: UniSA Online, City West campus, Adelaide, South Australia
Contract: Full-time, 2-year fixed term
Salary Range: $104,838 – $123,873 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
About the Role
Join Us as an Online Lecturer in Construction Management. In this role, you will be based in Adelaide, South Australia, and collaborate closely with academic staff within Academic Units to support the development and delivery of curriculum for online programs in Construction Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and development of engaging course curricula and materials for the online program.
- Teaching: Implement teaching approaches that enhance the student experience and improve learning outcomes.
- Team Development: Contribute to the recruitment and professional development of teaching staff within UniSA Online.
- Partnership Building: Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders across the University to identify and respond to strategic opportunities.
Note: Within the University of South Australia, the Online Lecturer role is referred to as an Online Course Facilitator. This position is based in Adelaide and does not allow for remote work.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Teaching Proficiency: Experience and proficiency in designing and preparing online teaching activities and resources.
- Information Systems: Demonstrated competence in using information systems supporting online learning and course administration.
- Teaching Methodologies: Understanding and experience with various contemporary teaching methodologies, fostering supportive learning environments.
Desirable Qualifications
- Engineering/Construction: Background in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Professional Membership: Membership in construction-related professional bodies is desirable.
